- ✓Module locked to previous VIN preventing pairing
- ✓Security counter exhausted (too many failed pair attempts)
- ✓Replacement RFA from salvage will not accept new VIN
Won't fix:
- ✗Physically damaged module (water, board damage)
- ✗KVM/RFA hardware failure — virginize is software-only
